CoolWallet supports three types of Bitcoin (BTC) address types, as follows:
BTC Custom Segwit : Starts with "3".
BTC Nested Segwit : Starts with "3".
BTC Taproot : Starts with "bc1p".
? Practical Tip: Receiving BTC from Exchanges (e.g., Binance) Choose the correct path based on the network you wish to use:
To receive "Native Bitcoin (BTC)": Select the "Bitcoin" network for withdrawal. Copy any of the BTC addresses mentioned above in your CoolWallet to receive.
To receive "BTC on the BSC network (BTCB)": Select the "BNB Smart Chain (BEP20)" network. In this case, please refer to "Section 3" to manually add the BTCB custom token.
