How to Transfer ETH from an Exchange to CoolWallet ?

Modified on Tue, 16 Sep at 2:41 PM

The default ETH address in CoolWallet is on the Ethereum chain. Therefore, you can directly select the Ethereum chain on the exchange’s send screen to send ETH to your CoolWallet address.

Additionally, CoolWallet Pro users can receive ETH through the following officially supported chains:

  1. Ethereum (ERC-20) (CoolWallet’s default)

  2. Arbitrum one

  3. Base

  4. Binance Smart Chain

  5. Optimism

For example, if your transaction is an ETH transfer made through the Arbitrum chain, you need to add ARETH in the CoolWallet App to view the transferred ETH amount in your wallet.

Follow these steps to add ARETH:

  1. Open the CoolWallet App and tap " Manage " in the wallet list.

  2. Search for " Arbitrum " in the search field.

  3. Select " ARETH " and add it to your wallet list.
