How does CoolBitX handle tax invoices for overseas orders?

We issue zero-tax invoices in compliance with the National Taxation Authority's guidelines. Customers receiving orders overseas will not receive these invoices.

What if my delivery address is outside the Republic of China region?

A zero-tax invoice will be issued regardless of the purchaser's nationality or registered country.

How can I cancel or modify my order?

For cancel, simply initiate a Cancel request to our Support team (support@coolbitx.com) after the order is placed. Kindly note that a revision to the order content is currently unavailable. In addition, please note the following:

Please be advised that orders cannot be canceled once they are in the “Shipped” status. Instead, please proceed with initiating a return for the original order.

In what currency will my credit card be charged?

Credit card payments will be processed in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD). For cryptocurrency transactions, we offer BitPay, where you'll be charged in the cryptocurrency equivalent of the USD amount.

How is the shipping cost calculated?

After submitting your delivery address, the system will automatically calculate the shipping cost based on your location and display the amount for your reference.

Can I use multiple coupon codes to a single order?

Currently, only one discount code can be used for each order.

Will there be taxes or duties charged for delivery to overseas addresses?

If the recipient's address is in a foreign country, import taxes and duties may be imposed according to the import laws of that country. Due to the variability and unpredictability of these charges, we cannot provide specific tax and duty rates for each country in advance.

What information should I be aware of regarding taxes when receiving international parcels?

Customs in the receiving country or region will assess duties based on the type and value of the goods.

If customs determines that import duties need to be paid, it will be the responsibility of the recipient to make the payment. Failure to pay import duties may result in the parcel being undeliverable, and your order may be canceled.
