Received the deposit, but the transaction record is missing

Currently, the number of transactions recorded in our App is based on the number of the TXIDs posted on the blockchain.

Thus, if more than one transaction was conducted within the same TXID, only one of the transactions will be shown in the history section. However, please rest assured that it will not affect the actual received amount/balance.
