1. Does CoolWallet Host Promotional Giveaways, Airdrops, or Special Events?

No. CoolWallet never conducts private giveaways, token airdrops, or promotional events that require token approvals, smart contract signatures, or funds transfers.

CoolWallet serves exclusively as a secure crypto hardware wallet and Web3 gateway.

Third-Party DApp & Website Disclaimer: Any external website, platform, or decentralized app (DApp) accessed via the CoolWallet App browser is operated independently by third parties. These platforms share no official partnership, endorsement, or affiliation with CoolWallet. For issues regarding third-party campaigns, please contact the respective platform's support team directly.

2. Critical Security Rules (Protect Your Assets)

To safeguard your funds from phishing and malicious scams, always adhere to the following rules:

❌ NEVER Share Your Seed Phrase / Recovery Words: CoolWallet team members, support staff, or administrators will NEVER ask for your seed phrase, private keys, or recovery words under any circumstances. Do not import any seed phrase that was not directly generated during your own wallet setup—especially those offering "free crypto" or asking you to manage funds for others.
❌ NEVER Grant Unverified Wallet Approvals: Avoid connecting your wallet or signing transactions/approvals on unfamiliar or unverified websites.
❌ Beware of Impersonators: Anyone contacting you via direct message (DM) claiming to be "CoolWallet Support," offering "Rewards," or requesting "Account Verification" is 100% a scammer.
