Why are my customized tokens and assets in other addresses not showing?

To ensure software efficiency, we will only conduct a data retrieval for the system default cryptocurrencies after a Reset Card / Account Removal / App Re-installation.


Please do not worry, as all your assets are safely stored in the blockchain network. You can simply enable or add your tokens/addresses again to retrieve your data. 


If you have previously sent the tokens to multiple token addresses, you will need to go to the Receive page of the App and manually add the addresses again to see all of the customized token assets.
